I remember reading the Betsy-Tacy books as a young child. I remember learning about Maud Hart Lovelace from our librarian at school. I recently ran across these books at our school library (I'm a teacher) and checked them out again. My oldest daughter just turned 5 and we are having a blast reading a chapter each night from the first book. She loves hearing about the girls and their adventures. It's so fun to be sharing them with her. I'm so happy to have found these books again.
